About us
Bender is a training and secondment company in healthcare, childcare, the social domain, and the spatial domain. In the spatial domain, we are broadly active: we focus on spatial planning, sustainability and the energy transition, housing and public housing, real estate and land affairs, and VTH (permits, supervision, and enforcement). With over one hundred professionals, we work daily with municipalities, provinces, and environmental services on current issues within the physical living environment.
Learning and development at Bender
Working at Bender means that you have a permanent contract with us, but carry out assignments for external clients. Together with you, we look for exciting projects that allow you to get to know the broad field from different perspectives. You make progress through training, but also by working on a variety of assignments. Working at Bender therefore has a clear added value: thanks to the variety, training, and guidance, you will develop strongly and grow into the role you aspire to.

What sets us apart? A personal approach. At Bender, everything starts with attention to you as a young professional in the spatial domain. You will have a fixed contact person to whom you can turn with all your questions. There are also regular intervision sessions where you come together with other trainees to discuss cases. This way, you learn with and from each other.
