What we work on
Bureau BUITEN is a spatial-economic consultancy based in the heart of Utrecht. What makes us special is the broad field we cover with our 22 employees. Our advisers specialise in issues concerning economy and work locations, mobility, tourism and recreation, heritage, energy and sustainable environment and European projects and programmes. Within these themes, we offer research and advice, project and process management, environment management, subsidy advice and programme development and (occasionally) secondments.
From this specialist knowledge, we make connections and oversee the strategic consequences of the choices that can be made about the organisation of physical space. Whether it concerns a transformation of a business park, a plan for tourist-recreational area development or applying for a European subsidy for an innovative project within the circular economy.
