The social challenges of today and tomorrow call for action now. That is why we, as Spatial Planning and Environment consultants, work on creating spatial designs that are ready for the future. And this is urgently needed. Our generation, in particular, experiences that this is not something to be taken for granted.
We feel the urgency of challenges in the fields of housing, nature, biodiversity, and accessibility, and we are rolling up our sleeves together. With full energy, we commit ourselves to themes such as future-proof cities, a vital countryside, and an engaged community. We do this for clients such as Natuurmonumenten, NS, the City of Amsterdam, ministries – and many more.
To tackle the complex challenges in the spatial domain, we need a new type of leader: connectors, who understand these challenges and, together with stakeholders and the community, work towards solutions. How do we do that? With a fresh and sharp perspective, we pay attention to both the hard and soft sides of spatial development. We help move the process forward by bringing our knowledge and skills in project management, stakeholder management, and transition studies to our clients.
In collaboration with TwynstraGudde, we are developing ourselves in a three-year work-study program focused on substantive knowledge, skills, and personal development. In addition, we run OchtendMensen every Friday with 75 colleagues at our office in Amersfoort and regularly organize drinks, events, and activities.
